So, for this Spring you may have noticed it’s all about the brows! Big, bold and beautiful…Brows that mean business!
Personally, I have always preferred brows on the fuller side as they frame the face better and since studying with HD Brows I have become a little short of obsessed with brows and find it hard to focus on anything but eyebrows when talking to people (I’m sure they find it a little weird!)
To create perfectly groomed and shaped brows so they can be looking more like
Cara Delevigne’s
rather than Frida Kohl’s
follow the simple steps below.
- Brush all the hairs upwards with a brow wand.
- To enhance the natural arch of your brow, using slanted precision tweezers pluck any stray hairs just below the arch in the direction that they are growing. Also tweeze in-between the brows, the inner corner of the brow should line up with the inner corner of the eye.
- To define, fill in the sparse areas using an eyebrow pencil such as HD Brows eye & brow pencil. Use short strokes to draw in hairlike lines for a more natural look.
- You can soften the look using the HD Brow palette or any matte eyeshadow powder in your eyebrow colour. Apply this with a small angled brush.
- Finally,to set the brow hairs in place I use HD brows brow beater there are other out there such as Anastasia Beverley Hills and BDB.
Here is an example of my brows, I used all HD Brows products. The eye & brow pencil in black, the eye & brow palette in bombshell and the brow beater to set.
